I was watching a historical anime, The Rose of Versailles, a short while back and got very inspired to make an illustration of a time in history. A good friend of mine suggested the Coronation of Napoleon I, specifically when Napoleon took the crown from the Pope and crowned himself the Emperor of France. This is my comical version of events, but I'm pleased with how it turned out!

The Caterpillar
I've had this image in my head for a while, but alas, here it is, The Caterpillar - the fifth piece in The Alice Series. I'm thinking of doing the Cheshire Cat next to end the series, so be on the look out for that!

Jessie Ware
I've been a big fan of Jessie Ware since I heard '110%' and 'Running' almost a year ago. Her voice, style and the whole atmosphere her music posses is so beautiful. If you haven't listened to her tunes, I definitely recommend you check them out.

Happy Valentines Day
Happy Valentines Day! I thought it'd be fun to draw a peacock (full of rich colour) and a peahen (typically gray and monochrome) to play with colour contrasts. I think an appropriate name for this piece would be 'Connection' as Valentines doesn't have to romantic - it's about love and positive connections.

Aya
I used to draw manga cross-over style pieces a while back, and after watching a bunch of anime lately, I decided to get back into them. I made up this character and her name is Aya.
